Personalized Pieces
Each piece is made to order. Chain lengths are standard 17″ but can be customized to fit any requirement. Each monogram is done by hand and each stone placed individually, by trained artisans.

Fonts
At this time, we offer you a choice of three different fonts choices - English, Typewriter and Lucida HW. When ordering our Triple Initial Monogram Necklace, the font will not be italicized. Please click here to view font choices.

Precious Metal and Gemstones
We use 14-karat white or yellow gold. Our diamonds are of the highest quality.

Repairs and Maintenance
We will repair any broken Grey Lee Designs piece, free of charge. Natural discoloration will happen over time to gold jewelry. We offer free polishing and maintenance for any piece. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping fees apply.

Payment
At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All credit card information will be taken via our secure Internet server. Full payment is required before any orders can be processed. California sales tax (8.25%) is included in your order.

Due to the recent fluctuations in commodity prices we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. We will always do our best to keep to our published pricing up to date and accurate.

For addresses within the United States, the following charges apply:

Ground Shipping: $20.00

Second Day Shipping: $30.00

Next Day Shipping: $35.00

Customized pieces: Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
