What is your return Policy? 

All merchandise is final sale. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Grey Lee Designs ensures 100% satisfaction with each piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Grey Lee Designs piece please call our Customer Service: (877) 799-9822.

Can you rush an order? 

Yes, we can offer rush orders. There will be a $75 charge. Please don't hesitate to call or email us with any questions.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

We require a signature at time of delivery, so we will not ship to a P.O. Box.

My chain broke, what should I do? 

We will repair any broken Grey Lee Designs piece, free of charge. Natural discoloration will happen over time to gold jewelry. We offer free polishing and maintenance for any piece. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Return shipping fees apply.

How much time do you need for Holiday orders? 

When the holidays come, we get very busy, so we highly recommend you place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure you receive your Grey Lee Designs piece in time for that special day.
